On days I wasn't on treadmill I used free weights and did ab exercises. I stopped drinking sodas..and just drank water. I did have coffee just before exercise which helped me be motivated. I am now just maintaining weight and feel/look a lot better. - 10/16/2014 4:52:05 AM

Gavin   Go on live strong.com and make a my plate account, you can track your calories and gain or loose weight either by consuming fewer calories or consuming more calories along with some sort of physical activity such as weight training or running. - 6/3/2014 4:22:29 PM

Marushka   I'm 5'11" & weigh 144 lbs. The most I ever weighed was 169, I followed weight watchers to lose weight, keeping track of everything I ate, weighing & portioning out everything, and it worked, eating food guilt free is a great feeling. The least I've ever weighed at my height is in the past 10 years was 134. Now I don't keep track of my weight, but I do keep track of my food intake. Eating high fiber & low fat is what works for me. - 5/27/2014 2:06:44 PM
